Final Project
https://youtu.be/UiSsg_Huf6Y Up above is my final project. My goal was to pop balloons filled with acrylic paint onto canvas and film it. I wanted to go with a video over an image due to spending the whole semester on single image manipulation I thought it could be interesting to edit hundreds of images at a time. For this to work, I decided to learn an additional imaging software adobe offers, Premiere Pro. This was my first time working with adobes video editing software and the second video I've edited in my career. This came with many unforeseen challenges mainly due to human error. The most heartbreaking challenge was losing all the footage shot on my GoPro after breaking the MicroSD card in half thinking it had fully been inserted into the camera. Other challenges involved learning the layout of a new program and more importantly how to properly save your file and create a workspace that works with you rather than making everything harder. Amazing idea Josh. You truly are among the greats. I'm interested to see how this turns out and I appreciate you leaving so much to chance. The colors you use will have to be bright and vibrant to get the effect you want, if I'm correct.

ReplyDeleteThe comic strip is a vary flexible medium and perhaps making the boxes less even/symmetrical and standard would shake-up the strip to something more unconventional and unique.
